VACATIONS
Stay in one of our lake front cabin rentals with all the comforts of home. They sleep up to 10 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen (microwave, coffee pot, linens, etc). You can kick back, relax, and enjoy peaceful solitude and breathtaking sunsets right from the front porch. Spend the day taking a relaxing canoe or boat ride, hiking, mountain biking, (while taking in some of the beautiful scenery), playing horse shoes, volleyball and badminton. Sitting around the camp fire underneath the starry sky, listening to the loons, really adds to the true Northern Maine experience. Maine has some of the most remote and beautiful rivers in the country. Paddling a river that flows through the wilderness is something that is not only a wonderful experience, it is so rewarding it rejuvenates you. As you travel down the river you can't help but think back at how our forefathers and early explorers must have felt as they first explored the region by paddling the rivers so long ago. Seeing Moose, Deer, Bear, Eagles, Loons, and allot of other wild life along it's banks and in the river itself is very common, so you want to have your camera handy at all times. Enjoying the solitude of the river and it's glorious scenery, camping along it's banks, enjoying old fashioned northern Maine cookouts over an open fire as you camp along the river is truly a memorable experience. Moose Safaris
Nothing is more awe-inspiring than coming around a bend and finding yourself face to face with a magnificent bull moose. These gentle, trusting creatures love remote ponds and streams. The best way to find them is by slipping quietly into their wilderness habitat. We offer 3 hour and half day safaris for those who want to take in some of the regions beautiful scenery and see some of it's wildlife. On these safaris it is possible to see moose, bear, deer, eagles, beaver, and many other types of wildlife.
